Hi We rent our property through a managed agency but they have not been paying the rent. Despite having had contact with them and assurances that the money will be paid we have had nothing.
Has anyone got any advice as to how to handle it? Lawyers I guess is the next step...
Also does anyone know if we want to change the agents if there is any issues in doing that, when the tenants have been sourced by them?
Not getting rent from our agency...any advice?
